TMJ Relief Pillow Best Neck and Shoulder Muscle Relaxer Traction Device for Pain Relief Management and Cervical Spine Alignment

Okay to begin, i suffer from tmj, i also have bad posture which contributes to severe shoulder/neck pain and i frequently end up worth headaches. Tired of it all i stumbled upon this pillow. To be honest i was a skeptic, because these type of inexpensive products never work for me. But i had been having so much shoulder and neck pain that i figured I’d try anything, so i purchased this pillow. Very simple to use. Just lay it down and put your head in. I use it 2 times a day, in the morning before work and at night right before bed. Each time i use it for anywhere between 5-15 minutes. I can honestly say this product works. When i was laying on if i could feel the trigger points in my shoulder/neck area getting stretched (which was great). When you get up from this pillow you feel immediate results. I feel nice and relaxed, similar to how i feel after getting a professional massage. I feel it’s definitely helped my sleep at night since i haven’t woken up with headaches, and it also helps me to relieve any tightness in the morning. Now obviously this hasn’t cured my tmj, and I’m still working on correcting my posture. So i still get the shoulder pain after standing on my feet all day at work. But this product will leave me feeling good for hours after using it for just 15 minutes. Once i have a little bit better posture i think I’m going to be pretty pain free, thanks to this device helping a lot of my issues stemming from tmj and neck pain. For the inexpensive price this pillow is totally worth it, just don’t give up right away. The most ideal thing you can do is lay down on a hard surface like the floor, put on some meditation music, close your eyes and just breathe in and out for 15 minutes. I promise when you get up you’ll feel like a whole new person. I never start or end my day without laying on this device for at least a few minutes. 10/10

I've been suffering with TMJ pain for a while now and didn't know how to seek relief. I don't have much faith in going to an MD for this. I decided to try the Accutrig. I was skeptical but figured it wasn't expensive and I could always return it. The product is surprisingly effective at relieving my pain. I do find that the results are temporary but my hope is that with consistent, daily use, I will get permanent relief. It's definitely worth a try!

I bought this to try and relieve stiffness in my jaw, neck and shoulders due to TMJ and extreme teeth grinding. He reviews from multiple sites indicated that it is great for TMJ, which it may be for some people, however I am not finding any potential for this to relieve my TMJ stiffness. Lying on a flat surface with the pillow definitely alleviates the typical pressure and strain that you would feel from lying down without neck support. It allows for the neck to rest without being weighed down by the head and gravity. Other than that, I’m not gaining any real relief from this. More so just a temporary relief of stress on the neck and a few minutes of a sense of relaxation. So, ill take it for that. Better than nothing I suppose!

As a truck driver, shifting through 18 gears for seemingly endless hours, my entire upper body gets sore, being over 50 years old doesn't help either. When I came across this product I thought "sure why not it's cheap" Boy was I amazed at the relief it gave me. The day it arived at my house I had just worked a very long shift any my neck & shoulders were really sore, so I opened it up layed flat on my back on the living room rug an felt, literally, like my head was floating in the air, relieving the knot in my neck and shoulders. I really wasn't expecting a lot for how little this thing cost but it really is BIG relief for a small price. I defiantly recommend this to anyone needing pain relief from the shoulders up! I use it every night, can even use it at an angle while watching TV, not sure if that's recommend but it works. It's also small enough to take on trips, I'll report back after traveling with it next week. Note: I Did not receive any compensation what so ever for this review, I've never met the folks who make and sell it. I just REALLY honestly like how it works, non addictive, no prescription needed and you can still drive and operate machinery afterm using it :-)

Open the box and the disappointment starts. Weird smell from the glue makes you want to stuff it back in the box and forget you bought it. But since I purchased it I am obligated to try it, right? First thing you will notice beside the smell, is a very cheap blue "memory foam", with little blue pieces falling off all over the place. Then little "stringy" pieces of some kind of plastic coming off the white edges of the device. And last the blue pad was glued on crooked to the white plastic support piece. Speaking of this white support piece, it is so flimsy you feel like it could break at any moment. When using it, your head feels like it is not supported at all. And for some reason I had the feeling the whole time I used it that my neck was going bend in a weird position and snap something. As for the TMJ relief claims I noticed nothing but a sore neck after using it a handful of times . To state the absolutely obvious, I will not continue to use it or recommend it to anybody, except condemned prisoners that have a morbid wish to experience what kind of pain they might have at their hanging. Would give it -5 stars if I had a choice.

It helped relieve my neck and shoulder pains. I just wish it was made better. The foam has a strong and which gave a headache. There were bits of glue all over. The foam was unevenly attached to the frame, part of it pulled away from where it was glued on (and left bits of foam on the frame) and another was not glued to the frame at all.
