This product is amazing for me my daughter nurses multiple times in an hour and helped me thicken up my milk as well as help my supply! It doesn’t taste too bad, still has that protein taste that isn’t the best but it’s a lot easier to have everyday! I found the best way for me was to sprinkle some in my oatmeal and yogurt then drink the rest in a coffee of hot chocolate

Love the chocolate one! Tried other two flavors and didn’t taste great. Had a sandy taste.So far this one is the best!I throw in 1-2 Oreos because I have a sweet tooth but rather not use actual sugar.Definitely recommend it. Haven’t used it enough to speak on helping with milk supply so fingers crossed 🤞🏽

This product tastes bad, it definitely give me more energy after taking it and I don’t feel like I crave sugars, but I haven’t noticed a change in my milk supply

Eh, don’t do it. I drank 2 a day trying to up my supply that was dwindling. It did not help. I tried many methods and could never get it smooth or hide the taste. I threw a lot of them away. Didn’t even offer them to pregnant friends.From my experience I would suggest making Boobie Protein Balls. Oats, Peanut butter, chocolate chips, milled flax seed, protein powder etc.I found recipes on TikTok and Pinterest. They were cleaner ingredients and you can make them any size. I melted the peanut butter and mixed it with the chocolate chips. Then mixed it all together. It was a delicious treat I could just grab out of the fridge. I made them “poppable” sizes no multiple bites.. no hands for that lol - also, they are good for 1 month sealed tightly in the fridge. These tasted like a treat not a chore. I have no idea how many I would eat in a day.. but that and coconut water (it’s gross but it helped) once a day helped my supply!*coconut water.. 16oz in the AM, as cold as you can get it without freezing it.*was pumping 6oz, started to drop got to 2oz.. after this I was back to 3 & 4oz. Which made me feel like it was worth it to continue. The vanilla Chai flavor tastes pretty good, but the powder doesn't dissolve very well. Even with 12 oz almond milk (package says use 8oz) and vigorous shaking in a blender bottle, there's still quite a large chunk stuck in the bottom. Otherwise it's good. I also tried it mixed with coffee which tasted very good like a latte.I haven't noticed any increase in milk supply though. I bought these in hopes if bringing my "just enough" production up. The sample box is only 10 packets though, so maybe it's supposed to take longer than 10 days to see a difference? Overall I think it tastes good and keeps you full for a while but it's kind of expensive for what it is. Can get a large jar of protein shake from Costco foe the same price as these 10 packets.

So far I have loved this protein helps me with my hunger specially right after breastfeeding. I also feel clean and not heavy right after drinking it! It has a good flavor too just need to shake it up very well.

The bad reviews about taste are spot on.. This is terrible. And when you're done, you think you're out of the woods, but the taste lingers and comes back if you burp.I got chocolate thinking you can't screw up a chocolate flavor.. Oh was I wrong.This morning I tried one last time and mixed it with peanut butter and banana for a smoothie... Nope, the protein powder overpowers the whole thing.One plus side.. it's VERY filling. I drank mine almost 3 hours ago and I'm still pleasantly full... I've been so hungry this pregnancy that I thought I would gain 40 pounds in the first trimester and it's nice to have something keep me fuller longer... On that note, I will not be drinking the remaining packets so I assume it's back to eating I go.Not worth the money.

Smooth and sweet tasting powder mix. The texture can be a bit gritty but I usually add more almond milk and it usually does the trick for the grit.
