The toddler caps fit my grandson perfect. They are made with cotton and are adjustable. I believe they come in several colors. I got the 4 pack of green, red, blue and gray.

Bought the hats for our 3 year old neighbors daughter. They are a little big for her head which is average. Even at the tightest it still looks big. Other toddler hats fit nicer. They have a 6 year old and the hat looks fine on them but they were looking for 3 yr hat.

The quality of these hats are great (especially for the price), but I did not receive a kids size hat. I received a huge adult size hat. Super disappointed cause I cant find any good quality kids size plain hats like this.
