I started taking zinc when I had warts over a two year span that wouldn’t go away. I ended up taking zinc supplements for about three months (the smaller bottle) and by that time the warts straight up went away. I had to change my habits obviously but the skin was able to heal with the right nutrient. Highly recommend.
