Let me say thank you so much for such a clean high quality product . I have searched and really lucked up and I truly almost don’t want to write a review because I know how this goes you write a review and next thing it’s sold out . But I also don’t want to hold a good thing , I’ve never been that person to do that . So let’s talk about the olive oil Amazing and I mean down right amazing, clean , taste amazing, no pungent smell and it’s not fake olive oil . I use it for everything cooking, skin care, I coat my hair in this olive oil over night and shampoo the next day washing twice , which makes my hair beautiful , healthy, shines I even take a spoonful every day . So if I could I would place a 10 star on this product. Thank you guys or gals for such an amazing product thank you isn’t enough but will have to do ……. Whatever yall do don’t change anything.

I bought Atlas Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil after reading that it was an early-harvest oil, but it seems like a late harvest that is very ripe because the flavor lacks the throat burn and has a very ripe taste that is smooth and mild and not peppery. Perhaps for cooking it will work well, and the smell and flavor are clean and pleasant, and it works great for that if you are after a mild flavor. If you prefer a bold, peppery finish since it is linked to higher phenolics, this may be too mellow. Overall, solid EVOO, just not as pungent as expected.

We love this olive oil! It's very pure and healthy and we have found it to be very good tasting. We subscribe to this product and have it delivered to our home once per month. Sometimes, I use a bit too much in a single month and I run out. But most of the time, one bottle of this oil will meet our cooking needs for a single month. I use it for cooking and I add it to my homemade sourdough bread. If you are looking for a pure and high quality olive oil that is unadulterated, this is a great choice!

This oil is really good. I purchased it to help with my Daniel Fast dishes and I did some yams based in this oil and they were so delicious. The taste is light and tasty. I also used with my grilled veggies dish and had the same experience. My other store bought olive oils appear to be heavy. I look forward to cooking all of my dishes with this oil. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great product. Tastes superior, and much better for your health than the plethora of low quality olive out there. A bit pricey, but will buy again for sure.
