My doctor specifically recommended this brand. All I can say is I trust him! I haven’t noticed any side effects or anything.

I am in the latter stages of perimenopause, at least, I hope it's the latter stages. Anyway, I started noticing a hint of a bladder infection coming on that worsened slightly each day. I tried combatting it with black seed oil, but it didn't work. I ordered this product and noticed a difference within a few days. I have been taking it for maybe a month now, and I still notice the hint of a bladder infection if I miss a dose. But as long as I don't miss a dose, I feel normal again. I'm hoping with time to be able to cut back. I am currently taking two capsules two times per day. They are easy to swallow.
