Organic Japanese Tofu - 300g

I bought this to try it in my cheap, lazy, vegan ramen recipe as a sort of egg replacement! it also adds a good bit of protein and makes it a bit more of a filling meal. It was pretty good! I've never had ramen with an egg in it, so i can't compare the two, but I'd much rather have the tofu with ramen anyday!

Amazon’s fault as it was fulfilled by them: they sent it in one of their white and blue bags with built-in bubble wrap on the sides. This meant my tofu, which is delicate, was crumbly. About a third was broken off and in pieces when I opened the tofu box. But Clearspring is great, and I wish they sold regular tofu too.

But to my suprise, this makes a great organic replacement light bulb. Fits perfectly into a screw in or casket. About 600 lumen I think.
