I was using Garnier . This is way better and sticks to Gray hair better. The color is amazing leaves Your hair to shine an last longer. Instead of having to color my hair every 2 weeks. I can do it every 3 now. But I have a lot of gray hair. Beautiful color ! highly recommend leaves no smell. Does not dry your hair out. It does was exactly what it's supposed to. If you match your hair color on the side of the box it will turn out the color it says it's supposed to. leaves your hair with a shine & silk to it. Refreshing your hair is exactly what it does. sticks to Gray hair. The hair does not have any odor to it. While your coloring your hair, it does not have any overpowering Smell before after or during the process. It also does not burn your skin. Very happy with how the actual color turned out. Very shiny and soft. The first time I used it; I followed instructions exactly as I changed brands. I would suggest NOT using a comb or brush - it flew everywhere!! With the other brand I just applied and worked it through my hair making sure to NOT rub it into my scalp. This time I only left it on for 15 minutes and it still got the nice, rich red color. Provides great coverage and all my grays are covered. I wash my hair every day with a red boosting shampoo, so it lasts about 6-8 weeks. If it fades more quickly due to wash, I use a red booster that I leave on for 5-10 minutes. It's a three pack and cost effective as well.
