I've found these Noni capsules help me sleep better and stay asleep longer. Works better than melatonin for me. I take 1 about an hour before I want to sleep and I feel more relaxed and able to sleep. I also noticed that when I take this, I stay asleep longer and don't wake up as often during the night. So glad this was recommended to me by a friend. I was getting less than 5 hours of sleep per night and now I'm up to 7. Also glad the capsules aren't huge. This size is tolerable.
