Works just fine
Work great. No problem using on light red wines despite what the lable says. I recommend this product

Useful But Not Terribly Accurate For Kombucha Work
These strips are useful if you are monitoring pH in lower ranges to get a ball park idea of where you are. But the color differences are subtle and the color chart is not as helpful as you might like. When you start out at a pH of 4.0 for kombucha, it is subtle to see a change to, say 3.0. But if you don't want to shell out the bucks for an actual pH meter (which have their own calibration issues), these suffice nicely. So they work nicely if you also trust your experience.

Works great for Ph in hop water
Works great for making hop water so I know how much citric acid to add. Ph needs to be between 3.2-3.6

Useless for full bodied red wine
One star relative to red wine: the wine stains the strip such that the color is uninterpretable. Completely useless. I imagine it is OK for light liquids, but they should clarify that it is not for full bodied reds.

Perfect for testing kombucha pH
Great for testing kombucha acidity. Ideal pH range for healthy buch, and because it’s specifically for this range rather than all-purpose pH paper, you can more closely track small changes. I run a continuous brew setup, so I draw off a small amount into a shot glass and dip the test strip in there. Make sure to check immediately after adding more sweet tea, to have a starting point for your pH.

The strips dipped in kombucha do not match any of the colors on the vile, which makes it very confusing. I just have to try and figure out where on the color range the strip color falls. It doesn't match any of the colors.

Works well for kimchi, saukraut acidity testing,

We use these strips to test the pH of cider. Accurate enough for that, although a bit of guesswork is required. Much cheaper than the digital pH meter that we used before, which soon stopped working properly

Said it was good for wine. Only white wine as the red wine changes the colour of the strip.
