I really like this protein. It mixes well and has 24g of protein per serving, which is great after workouts. The texture is smooth and easy to drink. What I love the most is the flavor, it tastes really delicious, not artificial like many other protein powders. It makes it much easier to drink every day. Overall, it’s a high-quality whey protein that tastes great and helps with recovery and muscle support. I definitely recommend it.

I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard for over a year and was pretty happy with it, but I decided to try Rule One Whey after a friend recommended it. I’m really glad I did. The chocolate flavor is noticeably better. It’s richer, smoother, and the shake has a thicker texture that makes it feel more like a milk shake than just a protein supplement. I usually just mix it with water and ice to beat the Texas heat, and it still comes out creamy, which wasn’t always the case with ON. It is slightly sweeter than ON and has about 10 more calories per serving, but the protein content is the same. The scoop size is a bit bigger (keep that in mind if you’re tracking macros) but I think the taste and mouthfeel more than make up for that. Overall, this will probably become my new go-to protein as it is cheaper than ON with more or less the same results. If you’re looking for something that mixes well, tastes great, and gives you that thicker shake feel, I’d definitely recommend giving Rule One a try.

This is pretty good in terms of taste and texture. It makes a great shake, but I needed to add more almond milk becuase it's pretty sweet. I don't eat very much in the way of sugar in any form, so it may taste overly sweet for that reason.

My favorite vanilla protein mix. Tastes great and mixes perfect.

I got the chocolate flavor and enjoy it very much. I found it dissolves quickly without having to use a blender. Good with either water of milk.

Taste good. Good texture. Easily dissolves in a shaker bottle. Solid value.

I usually get this from another website. But it was cheaper on here. Good quality protein powder. Does not upset the stomach. I put it into my smoothies or alone in some milk. It’s smooth.

I usually mix my protein shakes with water and a banana. However on low Carb so no banana and mixed it with 6 oz of milk and enough ice so that it is just sticking out of the milk. Add a scoop of powder and toss in the blender. Nice smooth icy shake. Taste is spot on and with 1-2 carbs total it is a perfect fit for those doing keto or low carb diet.
