Really nice foundation
I actually love the way this product looks on my skin.I prepped only with an HA serum because I’m dry pretty much everywhere except the chin and right next to the nose, but I’ve got lots of texture there too. This is the way I prime my skin before every foundation application.I applied with a kabuki brush, taking care to tap to blend and not buff so as to not disturb my skin texture.I am super fair skinned, and the shade N1 was perfect for me. And the undertone was not completely yellow on my skin!It feels lightweight to me. It’s not full coverage, it’s more light-medium coverage. I always apply lightly because the more product I have on my face the more likely it is to exaggerate my dry bits. Applying via gentle tap I found this product still clung just a tiny bit to the texture around my nose. This is not the end of the world because it performs much better than other products in the price range. I honestly didn’t notice it that much. This product felt like it blended into my skin instead of sitting on top. It wasn’t greasy, but I did not find it drying even over my cheeks and forehead where I am drier.I don’t set with powder due to my dryness. I found it stayed put all day without issue. That’s with me being at home working on the computer and then doing some minor house work and making dinner. The SPF isn’t really a factor for me as I always use sunscreen under my makeup. Even if this was SPF 70, you would not be applying enough of this product to your face to actually get the appropriate protection. You can get aerosol SPFs as well to spray over your make up if you are concerned with this, or you can look into Korean sunscreens that are really lightweight like moisturizers and sit well under make up.I honestly really like the way it sits on my skin, and feel comfortable recommending this.

Sits Atop Skin, Emphasizes Dry Skin; Good Color Match for Fair Skin, No Orange
The Sequence Hyper Skin Tint (1oz pump with 26SPF P++) does give the user a light fair-skinned color match without coming off orange. I'm a natural redhead with pale skin, with a hint of rosy undertones so the N2 tone suited my needs well. Great spreadability. Unfortunately, the lightweight tinted SPF just sits atop the skin and never really melts into it. it isn't sticky or heavy, but it is pretty obvious I have something on my face even with the good color match. If you have even the slightest hint of flakiness or dryness on the skin, this will stick to it and emphasize the appearance. I treated this like an SPF, so I admit I was very generous with my application. You're supposed to be with SPF. This seems like something you'd use sparingly in order to get the desired near-invisible application and redness correction, which is a shame because the point of SPF is to protect your skin. I've used similar tinted SPFs, layering them on generously, and they manage to melt into the skin. So I'm not sure how else to improve the use of this one other than to use less than I normally would.

Not for oily skin
This tint is great for when my skin feels really dry (too much retinol), but for most days it made me feel oily. I was surprised at the coverage because I usually dislike tints and how little they cover. This felt like a BB cream or low coverage foundation. Feels really sheer but able to build up. It quickly (couple hours) settled into my eyelids and sides of my nose but if I use a good setting powder and setting spray, it can last a few more hours. Because it’s so hydrating, I think it would work better for someone with naturally dryer skin but not extremely dry mature skin. I wish it had more SPF, but I always wear sunblock underneath so it’s ok. The shade selection is also really poor and confusing. I am equivalent to a MC20-25 depending on the season, and N2 worked well for me.

Nice skin tint
* Note that the pictures I posted are of the product on my skin before blending it in and a few during the process of blending it in. Also with and without the camera flash *When I dispensed some for the first time it looked a lot more yellow and a bit darker than what I would be able to wear- I'm pale but have a bit of a warm undertone still. Once I applied and blended into my skin though it ended-up being perfect for my tone. I also have a Malar Rash on my cheeks due to a health condition, which mine isn't raised but is an intense red on my cheeks. This actually helped cover the redness, not all tinted moisturizers that I've used have been able to.A couple downsides for me is that on my dry areas (I have combo skin) it looked a little chalky. I have large pores on my nose and chin that I feel looks a little caked on them. I used a mineral veil powder over it though and it actually solved both of those downsides for me and ends up looking really nice. So I'm happy with it!

Been using this as foundation
SEQUENCE Hyper Skin Tint is a foundation/corrector/sunscreen/moisturizer. Yup, that's a lot of hats to wear. Does it work?I generally still have separate products for each. However, I decided to try this as a skin veil/foundation. It worked...kind of. I got the lighter shade (DISTINCT N1, if anyone cares), and it was pretty light. Now I am pretty fair, so if something is light on me, it's very light. However, it also felt very very moisturizing to me. I like the fact that it has SPF in it (I wish it had higher SPF, actually, though I wear my own under it). It did, however, even out my pores, and make my skin look good. I added color with blush and bronzer, and my complexion didn't look as pale. If you manage to get a color that matches your skin tone, this will work well as a foundation.
