Motta Stainless Steel Creamer, 2.4 Fluid Ounce

I found this small "cremierino" to be of high quality stainless steel and elegant in design, consistent with other Motta products. I put two of them under my espresso portafilter to capture the espresso. Since it has a spout the espresso is easy to pour into a mug for cappucinno. This is how I have seen baristas use them. Otherwise it is for a small amount of cream to cool your espresso and add a touch of richness.

Questa lattiera è stata un ottimo acquisto, si vede subito che è fatta di un acciaio inossidabile di alta qualità. Oltre a essere esteticamente molto bella da vedere sul piano della cucina, è anche estremamente pratica perché si pulisce con estrema facilità. ​La sto usando ormai da un paio di settimane e, nonostante l’utilizzo quotidiano, brilla ancora come se l’avessi appena tirata fuori dalla scatola. È solida, ben bilanciata e trasmette una sensazione di robustezza che difficilmente si trova in prodotti più economici. La consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un accessorio che sia allo stesso tempo elegante e durevole nel tempo.

Das ist schon viel Geld für ein so kleines Kännchen aber das ist es wert. Gut verarbeitet und schlicht schön. Ich habe mittlerweile vier davon im wechselnden Einsatz.

Bon petit pichet d'à peine plus de 70ml tout en inox. Côté qualité rien à dire, c'est du Motta, marque et fabrication made in Italie reconnue des barista... Peut servir de pichet a crème, à lait ou encore comme premier contenant pour l'extraction avant de verser dans un second (par exemple pour la réalisation d'un latte machiato où on préférera d'abord verser de lait et sa mousse travaillé à la vapeur dans un grand verre puis ensuite verser l'espresso doucement en tournant le verre afin de former l'étage de café entre le lait...).
