9-1/4" total. Blake tube is approximately 5-1/4" tube only and 5-3/4" entire black part.

I have interstate sealed batteries {6} do they have a filler hole somewhere? weak on holding a charge. can you enlighten me to add fluid?

no hole, cannot fill....it is a sealed battey

Why do i need this? why can't i just pour di water down a funnel into my flooded batteries?

You do not need this. We use it in the shop to remove all kinds of fluids from the cars. If you do use it for anything other than water make sure you clean it out or the bulb will swell up and become useless. A battery bottle is the best way to fill a battery. If you are just filling your personal battery and are not in a hurry a funnel will work.
