Love the product
I recently bought the maxi cosi zelia pushchair for my little one in grey colour, the details and colour is pretty, nice soft handles. Pretty easy to assemble, compact and easy to fold and also light weight. Easy to reach out the break. And specially this one don’t makes me tired when I used it on an uneven footpath easy to maneuver the wheels don’t stuck my last one stuck all the time . So far I really like it it’s new everything is fine so I can’t find out any disadvantage in it. And yes the the basket is big which I really like . The seat I think would be a little small when child gets bigger I guess .

Bad product and even worse customer service
Had pram for less than 3 month s before the wheel broke, contacted MC by email, live chat and fb to see if they sold correct replacements. Had limited response which hasn't actually answered my question!

Flexible easy to use pram
Overall I am impressed with the design of the pram with the style and materials being pretty good. It was very easy to assemble out of the box, mostly done without the instructions and only needing to confirm if any of the adapter brackets were needed. Changing the seating position is very simple with the handle at the back of the seat and the clips make for an uncomplicated way to change between the basinet and seat. The handle to change the seating position and fold it does feel a bit flimsy though, so hoping it lasts. The method to collapse the pram is fairly easy after doing it a couple of times. We have the seat facing us as our boy is only 10 months, but this means we can't fold the pram flat with the seat in place which would've been handy. With the seat removed the pram does fold quite flat though and doesn't take up too much space in the car boot. Pushing the pram, it has a pretty smooth motion and it easy to manoeuvre, one of the wheel does sound like it's rubbing a bit so hoping that is just a case of it bedding in, it doesn't feel like it's restricting the movement though. Our only real issue with this pram is the seating positions aren't ideal for our boy, it seems like he would be more comfortable if there was one in-between the two settings and if he could have his feet up more, but this may get better as he gets bigger.

Nice looking and sturdy but don't you dare make it dirty!
The pushchair is nice looking, light, easy to operate, and compact when folded up. It will be perfect if the cover is removable. First of all, the pushchair gave me a very positive impression. It's very nice and elegant with a grey colour seat, brown (faux) leather handle and big rear wheels. The rear wheels are all solid rubber so they are puncture-proof. And moreover, the pushchair can be folded very small to fit into the boot of our Mini Cooper with both rear wheels removed (the pushchair's wheels, of course!). The operation of the pushchair is pleasant as well. We are used to 3 wheeler type so this feels a bit heavier and harder to push one-handedly. However, the ride is more stable and less swerving left and right. The big basket underneath is a huge plus and it can fit almost anything! Now all the bells and whistles aside, when it comes to cleaning, you'd be surprised. We learned it the hard way when the little one was sick and threw up on the way. It turned out the cover of the pushchair seat is not removable. It was fixed to the frame by rivets on the sides. Therefore, the only solution for us was to remove the seat and spray and brush clean in the bathtub. It was sunny for a few days so the seat took 2 days to be completely dry but if that was winter, it might have taken a week. Now the lesson is learned. We now keep a footmuff (just the bottom part for summer) fixed inside in case of a similar accident. That said, it was a terrible design and not with parents in mind.

Missing Part
Bought this from Amazon Warehouse - Condition stated Open box, like new. The item was delivered with slight damage to outer box which was to be expected. However there was a part completely missing. The pram lower/ foot cover was not included in the box. Furthermore there was scuff marks on all four wheels, like it had been used. The pushchair is very nice, simple to put together, easily folded, well weighted and designed. Looks and feels premium. Shame there's no suspension even though they have it on the cheaper versions in the range. I am very disappointed with Amazon's services, misinformation in the true condition of the item, and the only option Afforded to me was a return for refund, no option other option was given.

Great Light weight pram
We purchased this for our second as the travel system we had with our first was far too heavy and bulky for me. This one is so much easier to manoeuvre and push. Easy to fold and store and I quite like that the carry cot converts into the seat rather than there being two separate units. The trigger system to collapse the base was very tricky/stiff to begin with but has loosened overtime. As it’s so lightweight it does feel a little rickety compared to our old one, but baby seems to like that. She falls asleep as soon as we start moving and has spent entire days out in there without complaining. Mattress in carry cot fits a Moses basket fitted sheet so easy to keep clean. Great purchase.

Not very sturdy
The quality is decent but the joints and connections are not good. It moves and wiggles even with a newborn baby on it. The seat inclines a few degrees instead of laying flat for the newborn. Also the handles shake quite a bit. Size wise its mid. Lastly its just one seat that changes angle for the different ages of the child.
