Great rod, Good price.
6'6' MH rod. Not as stiff as my Ardito travel rod, but at less than half the price, it is solid. Enough backbone to catch bigger fish. Very similar feel to my TFO rods, so it's a good value. UPDATE10/20/23- One of the sections broke, I see that there is a 1 year warranty on the rods, we'll see how this goes. Will leave the 5 stars for now, as I really like this rod. UPDATE 10/28/23- Goture honored the warranty, New replacement rod arrived today. Buy with confidence.

Great travel rod for the price!
I purchased the 8ft MH and 7ft Med action rods and I am more than satisfied. I have the 8ft paired with an Okuma Trio 4000 and the 7ft paired with a Okuma Trio 3000. I have used the 8ft beach fishing catching several Jacks, Bluefish and Spanish Mackerel. I can easily cast a 1oz spoon or swimbait, even though the rod is 4 pieces it rarely needs adjusted. And the 7ft has great sensitivity along with a good backbone. The only complaint is the guides are micro, especially the tip. I usually use braid with a floro leader joined by a double uni knot but the tip guide is so small the knot has a hard time passing through smoothly. I just spooled up with strait mono and it worked well. The pictures above were all caught on my last trip on the 7ft rod. Caught a few decent redfish, jacks, and a unexpected spotted gar while fishing in brackish water, also caught several ladyfish, mangrove snapper, spotted trout and small snook. The rods travel well, and I am actually able to fit the 7ft rod in the tube with the 8ft so I only have to travel with 1 tube. I was a bit hesitant ordering these rods, I was looking at the Okuma Citrix but I am pleasantly surprised and I plan to purchase a few more for my future travels. 2 years later I am still using the same rod and reel combos with zero issues. I pack them in my checked bag everytime I head down to Florida on fishing trips which is multiple times a year. Just got back and caught a slob of a Jack Crevalle on my 7ft M action. It literally pulled the boat around and stripped almost all my line off the reel multiple times and the rod handles flawlessly. Added a additional picture above!

Excellent product. Strong and reliable unlike a lot of the detachable carbon fiber rods out there
I go to Costa Rica a lot and fish and I don't check in luggage I travel light and this is the perfect size fits right in my guitar case and a gate check it. I've bought other carbon fiber rods from different companies and they all sucked. They were brittle and they would break especially if you got into a big fish or maybe you were hung up on the bottom and you were trying to get it loose. This rod is strong. First thing I did was tie it to a 25 lb dumbbell and give it the old one two and it never cracked or made any noise. It's a great Rod I highly recommend it

Ok product
A little overpriced. The rod is delicate and can break easily. It doesnt seem to fully go together

Two rods broke in under a year
LOVED this fishing rod (at least for the first 10 month), so much I bought it twice! But after the same issue happened on both rods, I had to tell my story. Both rod's eye's break at the 8 month mark. The top two connection, break where they connect to each other at the 10-12 month mark. With the first rod, I just assummed it was being used too much and never requested a refund. When the second rod had the identical issues, I felt I had to tell my story. Maybe bad luck or bad engineering? As stated above, LOVED them for the first 10 months, but be careful if you think these will last. These are a one year purchase.

An absolutely superb travel rod that performs exceptionally well!!
I was pleasantly surprised with this rod. It was purchased as a travel rod for an upcoming trip to Alaska and salmon fishing on the Kenai. When loaded with 15lb braid it would cast a 0.5 oz lure the veritable 'country mile. Very lightweight with a superb whip which meant that spinners, spoons, cast masters and rooster tails were easily sent out a good distance. I am sure that this will do very well with 4 -6lb Coho and even a 10lb+ King salmon. The long base allows for a 2-handed cast and easy retrieval, UPDATE: I spent 11 hours yesterday on the Kenai River in Alaska and hooked into some BIG Coho salmon! Boy did they put up a fight and the rod handled all of it very well! At one point a big Coho hen … around 10-11lbs had the rod bent double as it fought to escape…. Its resistance was futile as the rod easily handled the strain! My aspiration for the rod prior to my Alaskan visit have been exceeded significantly! A definite bargain and an absolute ‘must buy’!!

Very Nice!
I own more rods than a person needs, but I don’t own a lot of compact travel rods with tubes. So when I began looking for rods that would take up minimal room in my RV when traveling, this one in dark green jumped out at me. Upon delivery I was pleasantly surprised. The tube is sturdy. The four blank sections are attractive and nicely finished. When assembled it is very light and balances well. The reel seat seems plenty strong. And it matches up nicely with my modern Mitchell 300, 300Xe, and Truscend Blackhawk spinning reels, as I thought it would. The action is listed as moderate (medium), which seems accurate. It is important to note this rod uses spigot ferrule connections. Not everybody is familiar with these. Research this connection if need be. Bottom line is that the sections should be snug, not jammed together flush. If jammed together the sections can become permanently stuck or damaged. If too loose the rod can break at that point. Connections should be checked periodically. In closing, this is one heckuva rod and I’m extremely satisfied. I will be getting another.

Good for travel
Good for the price. I broke the tip because it is fragile.
