I haven't been able to exercise on the floor because of fibromyalgia, which causes much pain whenever I press against any hard surface. I really wanted to do some floor exercises so I searched the internet for a nice thick but comfortable mat and this one was the best result. I have been able to do the exercises I wanted to do so I am very pleased about that. I was able to get the least expensive color since color was not an issue for me and so I was pleased with the price. It's not heavy at all and it folds up easily for storage. The one negative thing is that the covering is not that durable. The first time I used it my cat got on it with me and afterward I found 2 small holes from his claws. I don't think this will hold up to rough handling but I am going to be careful with it because I would like this mat to last .

I've had terrible knee injuries in the past, and this mat allows me to actually kneel on them. I never thought that would be possible again. The width and the length is perfect too. When this mat wears out (which will take a long time), I'll definitely purchase another. Thank you!

I bought quantity two because its 12 inches off the ground to the sedan back seat of the car. Plus Foldable super light weight with handles. Very easy to clean, and durable does not tear easily either. Allows my Senior Doberman to go into and off the car with easy. Its from the back seat cushion to this mat is perfect steps. Going off the car down was the most critical due to the pressure when he goes down. I tried several different dog ramps, zero worked, not one. The back seat door was the major problem because it doesn't open up all the way for a 4 door sedan. It was almost impossible even with one step two steps, door just was always in the way. My Dobie has arthritis in his neck and front paw so the ramps just caused more problems then anything else. Too narrow, too heavy, slips, or the ramp moved when he would walk up or down the ramp. This was ultimately best investment I did for my dog mobility to take him into my car.
