Exactly what we wanted for unfinished basement gym
Large enough two adults can use it at a time and placing it directly on our unfinished basement’s cement flooring it gives plenty of cushion. The grip is great and there’s no slipping. Highly recommend this mat.

tiny people on a 'big mat'
The advertising on this is misleading. It shows small people on a giant mat. It is not proportionate to reality in any way. Be mindful of this when selecting your proper size.
