Q: Can i put these into a 3 ring binder case? will the holes fit into a 2 inch regular binder?

You cannot use a three ring binder because there are only two holes on these pages. They do sell a two ring binder that works great

Q: Where have you purchased extra pages for this?

I haven’t, I too would like extra pages even went to Tigris site and only the book is available might just buy a second book

Q: How do you stick the patches on it?

The book is made of the loop side of Velcro, so you just put the patches on and they stick (as long as the patches have the Velcro on the back).

Q: How do you attach the patches into the book? Double sided tape?

It is for hook and loop patches Velcro on the patches stick to book
