This product was recommended to help with sleep. It truly does that with no lingering drowsiness that prescribed sleep aids give you.

I took these for about 4 months straight (may have over dosed with 3-4 a day) it recommended 2. I loved my ashwaganda it’s a good brand and takes a while to work. No complaints about it.

Quality products & Ashwangdra works. I was anxious to try the product combined with magnesium.

Package came sealed and in good condition. I got this on recommendation from my doctor for peri menopausal symptoms. The combination of Magnesium and Ashwagandha does help with sleep and relaxation. Been using for about six months and take every night. Not a miracle pill but does help with sleep.

Helps with staying asleep, stopped waking up in the middle of the night!

We find this helps us wind down and get a good night’s sleep when we are still a bit wired at bedtime. Also helps with stress.

Did not really seem to do all that much for me. I took it for two whole bottles straight and did not really notice any significant effects. Could just be how it reacts with my body though

I think this stuff is a Godsend!! I take two before bed and am able to fall asleep pretty quickly. Now I’m in thick of the dreaded M word…menopause…so I don’t sleep through the night because I wake to turn my fan on. But then I usually fall right back to sleep. Before I found this stuff I STRUGGLED to get to sleep almost every night. That is no longer a problem at all. I wish I didn’t have to order it but it’s not carried on the shelves of my local drug stores.
