Catnip Stalkless Dried Ground Premium Bulk 12 Ounce Bag Strong Cat nip for Cats

As a caretaker of 3 cats, I’ve found that cats are hit & miss when it comes to catnip. I’ve had cats who went from being totally into this stuff to the ones who bolt away saying “Say no to drugs!”. This catnip is different – my cats love it! Not a lot of extraneous stuff (sticks, dirt, etc.), and fragrant. My current batch of knuckleheads love catnip, but they are also spoiled. They couldn’t care less about the catnip you find in mass marketing stores or in the pet aisle at the local pharmacy. But this stuff is different. I have to sneak opening the container I put it in, because cats will fly out of whatever hidey-hole they’re in when they hear that container opening! Note that this product comes in a plastic bag, which is just fine, but please learn from my fail. I suggest that you quickly put all this catnip in an airtight container when you get it. My first purchase of this catnip had me foolishly thinking I could put it on the shelf (still unopened) with no problem. This resulted in an overnight catnip-explosion within 24 hours of it in my house, as my brain-addled cats shredded the bag and nearly had to be put into detox to recover. Oh, and it takes FOREVER to get nearly a pound of catnip out of your carpet. Furthermore, the cats are STILL rolling in that spot. Seriously. Get a separate airtight container. You will thank me later. Back to my second attempt at purchasing this item - with a container. This not only is a great treat for cats, but it also creates a wonderful Catnip Tea to refresh toys (take 1 cup of hot water and 1 tbs of catnip. Mix and let sit until cool. Strain & put in a spray bottle. Spritz on worn out plushie toys or in the air and let your cat think you’re the perfume girl at Macy’s. Don’t get crazy with it, because it will stain fabrics, but old toys are fair game in our house.) . I don’t know what these guys do to make their catnip this addictive, but my cats prefer this to any other one. Price point is great too!

The cats love this! I treat the neighborhood cats to catnip, but the cost of the national brands have gotten so expensive. I decided to give this a chance based on the price hoping I wasn't wasting my money. The cats are so happy and so am I. It's cost effective and ground too so I don't have to worry about stems getting stuck in their gums and they seem to like it better than the brand name catnip. Very happy customer!

Potent, Super strong cat nip, my cat went bonkers over it. This size bag holds quite a bit in it, you’ll have enough to last a long time and share with your cat-owning friends. Hands down, the best quality I’ve come across as a life long cat owner. I recommend this product, you won’t be disappointed! Like kitty crack, hahaha!

As soon as I opened the mailer this catnip came in our cat Clyde was at my feet rolling around, begging for it! Clyde goes crazy for a minute or two but then he settles in for belly rubs and a nap. Catnip has rerally helped his stomach as he was a community cat for 5+ years. The Smokey's Stash Catnip Stalkless Dried Ground Premium was double bagged and hands down the Freshest Catnip Ever! We sometimes put nip out for the community cats and having this big bag of Quality Catnip will last for a good bit. Definetly worth Subscribing to, don't want to run out EVER!!!!
