Very good vitamin C They strengthen is very good. The size are reasonable. Ease to swallow and not after taste. My energy levels increased with this vitamin. The value for money is a bit high.

trying this instead of ascorbic acid vitamin c to see if there is any difference. Hard to say yet as i haven't been using it long enough.

Really nice so far!
I've had this for a little while. I think it's still early days really. To me with this being a new 'item' in my regime, I do like to give it a *good run* (for about 3 months) - I also keep a journal 'check in' and do this about every two weeks to note any new changes (Good or bad!) so far - it's been good! Capsules are of standard size, very easy to swallow and leave no after taste whatsoever. The dose calls for 3 capsules a day. I wish there was one that was more affordable that I could take just 'one' with the milligrams involved. But with this - I feel it's very good quality and their care is outstanding. (They were out of stock, wrote me back very fast to keep me up-to-date - very polite, friendly and helpful) When it came back into stock, I just felt that this out of the others would be my best choice. SO far - it's been really good! (I think about another month maybe - but the good - I've not gotten a cold my husband had! I don't necessarily notice an increase of energy or anything like that, but do feel a greater sense of 'ease' and will probably carry on when this bottle runs out! Re-order!) Thanks to Aava Labs!
