easy install.
We needed this to wire in a GPS unit in an older truck. Easy to install. The color code chart for the wires was perfect. Haven't had any trouble since install. GPS working flawlessly hooked into it.

Too tight and pin 5 is not connected
Didn’t work for me because I need pin 5 to be ground and on this pin 4 is grounded but 5 is not connected.

Works fine for connecting solar charger to vehicle battery.
Works fine for my application. Using solar cells and charge controller to keep batteries in Ram 3500 diesel pickup topped off. Drive it infrequently when not towing RV so using OBD plug to simplify connect/disconnect. Lay solar cells and charge controller on top of dash.

Perfect for using as a OBD 2 to use a GPS in. I just hooked the positive and negative up to the battery on my UTV and plugged in my GPS Tracker and it works perfect.
