The product is very good. The temperature lasts for longer than the other cold packs I have used. It is very handy as we can wear and do other activities. Very comfortable and easy to use.

Although I received a damaged product the seller kindly let me keep it and refunded the cost. I patched it up super glue with some effort and was able to put it to use. It works wonders so I am willing to overlook the damage to it.

If -infinity was an option, I would give that for this product. They have sent an extremely old stock or an overused one. Extremely bad quality, had mold all over
