The product was not satisfactory. Although we purchased a new Agaro OTG, the heating rods inside were not working at all. Initially, the OTG heated slightly, but soon after it completely stopped heating. For a brand-new product, this is unacceptable. The company arranged for a part replacement, which should not be required for a new unit. I requested a full product exchange but have not received any response. This has been a disappointing experience and has reduced my trust in online purchases.
