Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad 8-30x30x1.5mm Thermal Interface Pad, Electrically Non-Conductive, High Thermal Conductivity & Compressibility for SSDs, GPUs & Electronics

Understand that when you buy this you are getting a piece roughly twice the size of a postage stamp. With that being said, this is by far the best thermal product I have ever used in the twenty years I have been into computer hardware. This thermal pad lowered the operating temperature of my M2 ssd by 10c. I have a plextor Mp8e running on a standard m2 to pcie 4x adapter with a heatsink. My average temps while running ATTO before were around 40-45c (30-35c idle) using Gelid Extreme thermal paste. After application of the Thermal Grizzly pad the range was 30-35c during ATTO testing (26-28c idle). This is a superior product to all others in the category. If you need thermal gap filler this is the one for you. Dont hesitate to buy this product.

The temperature reduction is mind blowing. I’m never using thermal paste again after using these pads.

I bought this for my GPD Pocket since the case is aluminum. I lined the entire heatpipe with this thermal pad. The pad was a bit smaller than I expected, but that was my fault for not measuring out 30x30mm. With the pad applied, my GPD Pocket's fan (with Windows 10) went from always audible to actually turning off at idle and being much quieter overall. The pad conducts heat very well. There are now hotspots on the bottom of my GPD where the pad touches the shell, which I am happy with since that's heat that isn't forcing the CPU to throttle.

I’m not sure why no one else had mentioned it yet but I bought this product to use between my 8700k and heat sink and it was a horrible idea. The pad is big enough to cover the whole processor however it is too thick. It felt like sticking a thick slice of cheese under the heat sink and it yielded expected thermal result-the CPU temperatures went up. To be fair I do suspect that it’s not just this product but all thermal pads would probably yield similar results and would be a bad idea for CPU applications. I ended up using a thin layer of thermal compound and that solved my problem. The bottom line don’t try to be fancy and reinvent the wheel-use a thin layer of good ol’ trusted thermal compound and save yourself money and headache!

Size matters. I made the mistake of assuming otherwise. For the price, I thought it would be bigger. Literally the size of the picture on a smartphone is the actual size of the square. The baggie size is quite deceptive too.. I guess it’s my fault for not learning what a millimeter is, let alone 30 of them.

I use minus 8 pads mixed with fujipoly pads for my motherboards and video cards. I use minus 8 for memory IC and fujipoly for vrms. Great combo!

I'm sure this product is great for thermals. That's why I bought it; my 3080 overheats with the stock cooler and I need to replace the thermal pads. However, the pictures for this product are not what I recieved. The pictures clearly show a thermal pad almost the size of the bag, but instead this is a single inch by inch. Their Length by Width measurements in the description casually don't have any units; only the thickness of the pad. I bought two thinking that would be enough judging from the pictures for this product, but they are comically small compared to what is displayed.

I thought it included 8 pads, but it's just a single finger tip pad, not enough for a single laptop.

Excellent product.It keep my laptop in very cool temperature. I am happy with the purchase.

Ho usato questo pad per sostituire le parti ormai carbonizzate di un sistema di cpu cooler di un Predator Helios 300, facile, veloce e pulito, unica accortezza se maneggiato a temperatura ambiente risulta difficile da tagliare con precisione, per cui qualche minuto in frigo prima di adoperarlo é caldamente consigliato

Pensei que era centímetros , comprei poxa 10 mm não dava pra metade do que eu queria , que era trocar do Xbox one X que são quase 20 centímetros de thermal pad , uma verdadeira fortuna por 10 milímetros.
