Conscious Discipline Brain State Poster Set

I use these everyday as a mental health therapist with my adult clients. I wish there was a smaller size. Great information and really helpful with psycho-education.

K love the posters themselves but they were sent to me folded in half so now have giant creases in the mnmaking them less attractive. I use them to help remind my kids and I what mental state we may be in so we can adjust accordingly. Great visual 💜
