It is easy to use and on point. Have it on my night stand so I can do first thing in the morning and as soon as I get back to bed. I have included the use of this journal as part of my daily routines, and fits very well. I have been very motivated. I like that you can do it in 5 min. Although I have had days where so many great things happened that I felt I needed more space lines to reflect everything. Completing this journal helps me be more mindful and grateful. Sometimes I won't write any entries a few days, then I might review past entriesI wrote a few months earlier. I find this exercise very interesting.

Love the prompts. Very easy to think about different things. I thought it was a very nice quality, and looks so cute on my shelf, and blends into my whole esthetic! It’s also soft to the touch, the paper is thicker, so I can use my thin fun markers too!

Quick and easy journaling at your fingertips. I’m not but on writing long stories so this is a perfect way for me to start and end my day.

I ordered the wrong thing but has the same set up as the 5 minute journal just doesn’t have the introduction of how to use it for effectiveness
