Se compró para mi hijo de 16 años, para sus estudios y distracción, pues hasta mi hijo se quedo sorprendido por los juegos que puede jugar, ya apartó el xbox y ahora solo juega con su laptop y mando inalambrico.

Before even turning it on for the very first time I yanked out the 512GB SSD and 8GB stick of RAM and upgraded it to a 1 TB WD Black SN750 nvme and 64GB RAM (G.Skill RipJaws Series 64GB (2 x 32GB) 260-Pin SO-DIMM PC4-25600 DDR4). After verifying all the new hardware was recognized in the BIOS I proceeded to install Win 11 Pro and the Dell driver assistant software which automatically installed all the required drivers. It also upgraded the BIOS as well (which took about 20 mins!). It's mostly been used for coding projects and running multiple VM's under Hyper-V. It's quite insane it comes with a 2k screen and actual RAM slots in a 14" laptop!

This product was unable to connect with monitor right after one year. i have no idea why it happens but the product is definitely unreliable. it is sooo hard to talk to technical support.

I had mixed reaction to this laptop the fan is on the bottom of the machine and is very loud abs make the device run hot. However, I was able to fix this through the Dell Assistant support AI bot that told me to update my BIOs - problem resolved. It is not a touch screen device either. However, it is robust and easy to use with W11 and M365. All my setting came over from my other device. It is lightweight! I am liking it more than I did originally. Home office computer user with streaming apps works great. Do like the fingerprint biometrics for logon. I do not need an external mouse. That is a first for me.

Bought this 2 years ago exactly. Great until last month. Will no longer send a command to my printer to print in color. No problem with printer, other laptops in house can get color print. Yesterday the brightness selector quit responding. Battery has gradually lost its ability to hold a charge for more than 2 hours of just internet surfing. Hard drive works well but I didn't pay $6oo for a computer that starts loosing optional settings one at a time. What will go next? Please don't send DIY repairs. I have done many, many beyond my ability already.

With WiFi-6, 2k screen, and 10 cores i5 12th gen for $520... is a great deal! Upgraded RAM to 32GB and storage to 1TB for $96... just made this laptop a STEAL!!

I’m a fan of Dell products, I’m not a gamer, bought this model for the size and need for school. The sound quality is poor, anything above level 10 is so distorted as to be inaudible. The trackpad is difficult to use, often searching the entire pad to get the pointer to move. The battery life seems to endure about 8 hours of continuous use before dropping below 20%. I’m satisfied with the performance in tasks but the sound distortion is a huge disappointment.
