The stem size is a little bit shorter (maybe 1cm) than what is in the picture. I installed these in my Herman Miller Embody: a good fit and the chair is rolling smoothly. They are slightly noisier than the stock casters but only a little. I was worried about the central column touching the floor but that has not been an issue on my tiled floor (though it could be for a high pile carpet). Overall they seem fine. Durability remains to be seen.

Ok to buy but better quality expected

One got broken in 2 months

I posted a video .I changed the wheels on one of my computer chairs in the video . These new ones are not at all smooth . They dont centre at all . Instead if I spin the legs of the other chair with old wherls they swing very freely .Also the plastic quality is very poor with edges of the dice protuding . Overall it was my hard earned Money , well wasted .

My wheel broke in 4 months. I.dont know why.

Not bad for the price

Good product with reasonable cost, it can handle load of a normal person
