I use these to provide DC voltage within audio equipment getting upgraded from incandescent bulbs running on AC to LED's. It's compact and easy to mount. I do remove the LED to avoid drawing unnecessary current from the circuit. If the LED's on a receivers tuner dial light up, then it's working.. don't need a red LED on the board.

Perfect was able to repair my O gauge steam engine, that had a dead reversing board. This will only provide forward, so it's like the old board locked into fwd, but it's miles better than no motion at all. Came quick...easy to wire, works perfectly!

Works perfectly in my vintage TYCO Passenger cars, module output was soldered onto a standard LED light strip, cut at 4 sections (12 LEDs total - illuminated).

Seems to work well. If the output is overloaded it does not put out DC voltage-ThAT IS GOOD- it does not burn out. Don't know if it's the same when output is shorted. Good price- saves time not having to build a rectifier for about the same price in components.

Liked them but I killed them with input overvoltage. My fault, not the board's fault

This nlittle unit saves a lot of time and space. It changes DCC to 12 volts dc for most LED lighting needs.
