Good price for a good product. I know this brand, it's where I purchase most of my supplements. I purchased this vitamin c capsules to help with iron tablets absorption. The capsules are not the smallest, but still OK to swallow. I still need to feel some benefits so I am unable to review on effectiveness.

Probé estas cápsulas de vitamina C de Solgar como suplemento diario y, tras varias semanas, noté una energía más constante y menos fatiga general. No dan “subidones”, pero ayudan a darle estabilidad al día. Son cápsulas vegetales pequeñas y fáciles de tragar. No dejan sabor desagradable ni malestar estomacal, algo que me ha pasado antes con otras marcas. También son aptas para veganos y no contienen gluten ni otros alérgenos comunes. Formulan con 500 mg por dosis, ideales para complementar una dieta sin exceso. Además, ayudan con la absorción de hierro y el mantenimiento de la piel y articulaciones. El bote trae 100 unidades, y si tomas una al día, es un suministro para más de tres meses. Funciona como suplemento sólido sin complicaciones ni aditivos innecesarios. Un básico bien pensado, con ingredientes de calidad. Para mí, cumple perfectamente con lo que se espera.
