Good quality venyl sticker through printing could have been better. "Har har" words are not visible

Firstof all, the print quality is very poor. It has such a very low resolution that the words are not even readable easily. The graphics is smudged and blurry. If you take a print out from an inkjet printer with a local a4 sheet paper, how will it look like? Damp and inky, right? This sticker is exactly like that.
