I was taking GNC Skin and Nail supplement prior to receiving this, I was taking if for about 2/3 weeks. When I received, this, I discontinued the GNC supplement because I knew the levels of biotin would be to strong. The bottle says to take three pills after breakfast. I would say around a week into taking it, maybe a few days less, I noticed bumps on my forehead. I eat a pretty healthy vegan diet 90% of the time and include seafood other times. My skin has always been clear and free of bumps/acnea. I looked at the ingredients and saw the concentration levels of biotin, so I decreased my daily intake from 3 pills to 1 pill a day after breakfast. I also increased my water intake. My skin has cleared up quite a bit and I believe it will continue to clear until restored over the next few days. I love the ingredients that is in this formula and will continue to use it over the next few months to see how my hair responds to it, so far my nails are firm and hard, whereas before they were soft and brittle. I have never had any issues with acne caused by biotin consumption, so I would suggest to anyone to start off with the lower dosage, even with one pill, you are still taking in 1666 mcg of biotin.

Amazingly, these supplements actually helped to grow and thicken my hair. It took a few months, but I really have seen a difference. My fine, curly hair still isn’t as long and thick as I’d like it to be, and it never will be, but it’s definitely longer and thicker than it used to be. I would definitely recommend these. About a year ago, I stopped taking Nutrafol after 7 continuous months of supplementation. While I did see some improvement, it was short-lived, slowed the hair thinning, and stopped the extensive amount of shedding. For $90/mo, it wasn't worth it to continue Nutrafol since there was NO REGRWOTH. After being off of Nutrafol, my hair loss & and thinning progressed. Since Nutrafol was not financially sustainable, so I began taking this product. I do see similar results with Nutrafol and this product. It may not be as effective as Nutrafol, but it has slowed my hair loss and thinning. From my experience, these supplementation products DO NOT REGROW new hair but do prevent baldness, and for $20/mo, it is worth the investment if you value your hair.

I’ve only been using the product for a little less than a month and I can already see results. I can see baby hairs forming on my hairline where it has started to thin/recede and I notice that my hair doesn’t fall out in the shower like it used to. I can also tell that my hair is getting thicker. The product says to use for 3 months so I intend on using it for the entire duration and will write a final review.

I had been using another product for about two years and was happy with the results. I tried to re-order this product recently, but they were out of stock. Needing something quickly I tried the Hair Thickness Maximizer vitamins and noticed results the next day. It is a superior product than the vitamins I was taking before. Very happy with the results. Hair is much thicker now.

I purchased this based on my trust in the company. However, the vitamins contain Vitamin B12 in the form of Cyanocobalamin. It is truly disappointing given the clean and vegan ingredients of all of their products. Now, I am stuck with a bottle of vitamins I cannot return and refuse to take.
