I took a chance on this footrest even though it’s advertised primarily for the IKEA high chair, and I’m really glad I did — it fits my Evenflo Eat & Grow 4-in-1 high chair perfectly. Installation was straightforward, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The footrest itself feels sturdy, looks great on the chair, and provides excellent support for my baby’s legs during meals, which has made sitting more comfortable and stable. One small installation tip that may help other parents: I recommend adding the footrest before fully securing the rubber stoppers. If you install the rubber stoppers on both sides first, it can be difficult to slide the footrest onto the second side above the stopper — especially if you’re positioning the footrest higher for a smaller baby. Installing the footrest first makes the process much easier. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about this product. It fits well, looks good, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. If you’re considering this for a non-IKEA high chair, it’s absolutely worth trying.

Fits IKEA high chair perfectly. Did not have to use the white bands yet. The black ring is strong enough to hold the foot rest in place so far. Baby is 7 months old and kicks hard but it seems pretty sturdy. We like that it can be placed in either direction.

I literally just put this on and in the process one of the rubber parts broke. I’m hoping the company will see this and send me more. The footrest seems good, but I’m worried it will slip without the reinforcement.

The functionality of this footrest is great! I chose this one after reading reviews for the wooden ones that said they were flimsy and tricky to put together. This one, on the other hand, is quite sturdy and was a breeze to assemble. I didn’t even have to ask my husband for help lol. It is fully adjustable for height and even reversible if you want the step a little further back. The plastic material is easy to clean too. Overall it makes the high chair a more comfy and ergonomic experience for the little ones.

I gave 4 stars because this needs 2 of the black bands for each side so that you can put one above and below the foot rest. My 1 year old puts her feet under it now and pulls up on it, so that the foot rest falls off in the floor. It's great that it's so easily adjustable, and the design is easy to add onto your high chair. It was decently priced as well. So overall, with the IKEA chair parts costing us around $15, plus this foot rest, we have a simple high chair for around $40.

When we got gifted an ikea highchair, I had no idea what we were doing as first time parents. Turns out, a footrest lowers the risk of baby choking. I immediately freaked out and searched for a new highchair and almost bought one for $150. That’s when I found this product! The footie was perfect and so simple and will grow with our little girl!
