This is probably the best multivitamin I have ever found... It does have a slight smell to it and your burps kind of smell. Weird for a quarter of the day but that's most likely due to the enzymes they put into them, which is also why you would buy these over most other multivitamins. They're much cheaper than most multivitamins so it's a good value. And I can tell that it's working the way it's supposed to when I use the bathroom. This may be TMI but my number twos have been much more regular since taking these And when I pee. It's not a vibrant color as though my body's not absorbing any of the nutrients that it has to offer. Given what's in this tiny pill, it's very easy to take and if you can take it with something other than water, you won't even notice the taste which is more of a smell than anything. Overall, I love these things. They do what they're supposed to do. They seem to be high quality and I genuinely feel better overall when I take them. And of course that did take a couple weeks to kick in but being without them for the last few days I can definitely tell they made a huge difference. I would recommend these to anyone and everyone I know. Especially if you're like me and have some odd gut health issues...

I was looking for something to help my immune system as I was catching everything. Read many reviews and also learned that you need a good probiotic in addition to multiple different vitamins for better immune support. This one has 100% of all the recommended daily vitamins plus a probiotic and priced well in comparison to others. Only starting my 2nd month so can’t really attest to immune support yet but by day 4 I sure had an extra skip in my step. I definitely can feel more energy which was a huge bonus. I have recommended these to 4 other people and they all feel the boost of energy as well.

Not only does this product give me my daily dose of vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc, but it also includes a probiotic. If you have not used a probiotic before you should try this one as it has helped me stay regular. Not to mention I no longer deal with bloating like I did before. This multivitamin also gives me that daily boost of energy. That is what I love about the ZHOU product line - it is good, clean energy that gives my immune system the support it needs to stay healthy. Their products are affordable and arrive quickly which is nice. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone searching for a multivitamin + probiotic.

Before taking these, I was taking the New Chapter multivitamin for women. I noticed a difference with new chapter, but it has a terrible taste/smell so I tried this one due to a TikTok recommendation. While it doesn’t have a taste or smell (i would get a small “pill” taste occasionally), I noticed the differences in my body i found with new chapter where disappearing. So I have returned to New Chapter and just sucking it up with the taste/smell! I just try to swallow fast enough that i don’t really have to deal with it. Lol

These things are incredible. 5 stars.

My favorite multivitamin I’ve ever taken and I feel it’s the most effective! I love the Zhou brand and the energy is definitely as advertised!
