Been using this for plastic model kits etc for quite a while now and I can say they are some of the best cutters I have used.

Absolute rubbish, cut 2 capacitors from a board and it chewed up the cutting edges.

A very good pair of cutters for those tiny jobs. Very well made and easy to use.

not as good as as NP-05, it's much weaker, and when cutting flattened copper wires, it bends one blade above the other, definitely not worth the $40+ pricetag.

received short time ago, so not used very much. cut the pins of couple boards, works fine till now, good feel in hand

Perfect little nippers. Made in Japan, top quality. Elegant to hold and use (note: these are not for general use, but for very small wires and strands). Beautifully made, Engineer has a dedicated following for a reason. Precision made for a lifetime of use. FYI There are fakes and knock-offs all over the place.
