I got the medium size and it fits me perfectly. Provide some perfect amount of compression that I need. I am 5'10 and 170 lb. My waist is anywhere from 31 to 33 depending on how gluttonous I've been. Hope that helps someone

Provides immediate relief. Velcro wearing out after 1month though. Not heavy duty. Will need another one very soon.

The Tenbon brand truss seems to be the best out of 4 trusses that I've tried. It's comfortable and convenient. However none of the trusses I've found online are completely satisfactory. An inguinal hernia is very tricky to contain. Difficult to keep the truss in place. Difficult to surround the bulge to keep it in place. But I'm using this one to at least provide support while I'm active or exercising.

Have tried several. Best comfort without the bulkiness of other belts. Use it pre surgery. Can still work , couldn't without it.

Overall, very comfortable, looks good, hides reasonably well. Velcro is not very durable. Started not holding just a month or so after daily use.

This belt was a lifesaver while I was waiting for my hernia surgery. I was in unbearable pain and could not believe how much this helped. As far as sizing I originally ordered a size small due to a review I read, but I had to return it as it was way too small. I am a size 33 waist and the medium fit perfectly and was very comfortable. I really can't recommend tis belt more.

I bought according to my size , small and am very happy. I have like a 30 inch waist. I used this belt before but seems I had bought a size to large. Now I'm tight and am happy with the fit; very adjustable. I loved how it was shipped in a reusable zip lock bag with a hole punch in it to prevent it from popping. I love this modern world of shipping. It is so practical

I keep buying these because they work for me. But, as an earlier reviewer pointed out, i have to keep buying them because the Velcro wears out after 11/2 to 2 months. Too bad they can't improve the strength of the Velcro
