Sterling Silver St Gerard Medal Necklace Oxidized finish Oval 1.8mm Chain

My daughter is pregnant for the second time, and sadly she couldn't locate her medal, so I quickly ordered this one for her. It is lovely. It has a finer chain than her first one. I would say it is more delicate, but still well made. She is very happy with it....PS, we later located her original medal, but she chose to wear this one.

Let me start by saying, I was inspired to buy a St. Gerard necklace because I am Catholic and I had a desire to invite a child into my life.I have never asked for an intercession before I asked one from St. Gerard and I didn't know what to expect.The necklace is beautiful and I was proud to wear it. It helped to remind me to pray and do other things that would increase my chances to conceive.I am happy to announce that I became pregnant the very month I began asking St. Gerard for intercession! I am now 11 weeks pregnant and I still wear the necklace. It hasn't tarnished and still looks new! Very nice necklace and I recommend it!

My only criticism is that this medal is so tiny, I know that losing it is simply a matter of time. It's beautiful and feels surprisingly strong for its size, but if it slips off the chain, I don't I'll ever find it.

It's just what my husband and I wanted, nice sterling silver so its got nice weight to it and good durability. The little chain that comes with it is a bonus touch...
