Fine meal replacement
I have intermittent digestive issues, and I tend to reach for nutritional shakes when I do. These shakes are a good meal replacement for me, and they digest easily enough. Admittedly, I'm not a huge fan of the taste: I can only describe it all "brown rice flavor with a hint of sweet aftertaste." But, taste is subjective, so I would recommend giving these a try if you're looking for a nutritional shake.
