it’s so cute
you can pretty much fit it to your size! i have a hard time with nose rings but this one was easy for my to put on and close.

I love the look.
I love the way it wears. Some rotate out easily and I’m always losing studs but these go in easy and stay put. I love the gold, it looks quality . The price is so good, I think I’ll order a black one as well for when I’m in a dark mood. I got the 7mm and it fits the way I like it, not tight but not loose. I have swam and showered with it and it still looks great and has caused no irritation.

No, just no. Zero stars. Infected my healed piercing of 20+ years.
My nose has been pierced & healed for 20+ years now, and I’ve never had an issue with *any* jewelry I’ve worn in it until this ring. And I definitely don’t always buy quality jewelry, but I’ve still never had a reaction like this even with other inexpensive pieces. First off- it’s extremely sharp on both ends, so putting it in and wearing it was painful. It was constantly stabbing both the inside & outside of my nose, and the whole thing is so thin that it’s like a wire that wants to slice through your skin with any sort of movement. It discolored my nose within a day, turning it green wherever it was touching my skin. I should’ve taken it out at that point but it was cute (the only positive) and I’m stubborn, so I wanted it to work. I guess I thought my nose would get used to it somehow? By the third day of wearing it I noticed the whole side of my nose was pink, *really* red around the ring, and extremely sore, too. I looked even closer and it was crusty as if it had been oozing, and a bump was forming on the edge of the hole where the jewelry was touching my skin. When I noticed it was also hot to the touch, I realized it was infected and I needed to take it out right away… another painful process. Luckily some saltwater flushing & antibiotic ointment have it mostly back to normal now, and I learned my lesson on cheap body jewelry made with unknown materials. Don’t. do. it. It’s definitely not worth it.

most flattering nose ring ever if only it stayed in place/stopped falling down my nose
I absolutely love this nose ring—it’s by far the most flattering one I’ve tried! HOWEVER, the second "fake hoop" (the one designed to make it look like you have a second piercing) keeps sliding down, which is frustrating and embarrassing. When it’s in place, it looks amazing, and I really want it to stay up! If anyone can help please do! Also, I’m curious if I should’ve ordered the "left" version instead of "right" (my piercing is on the right side). In pictures, the second "fake hoop" is supposed to sit in front of the real piercing, but no matter how I put this one on, it ends up behind. If anyone has advice or similar experiences, please let me know. Thank you! I purchased the 20g 10mm double hoop for my single piercing, and while I measured my stud and nose before buying (it’s about 1cm or 10mm from my piercing to the edge of my nose), the actual diameter of this hoop feels closer to 13mm. Despite that, it ended up being the most flattering size! After this one which at first I thought was too big--I bought a bunch more on amazon --I tried many 8mm and 10mm diameter hoops, but while they technically fit, they looked too small and made my nose appear larger and bulbous in the mirror (smaller diameters I couldn't even attempt to put on bc so small). This hoop, though, gives my nose a more proportional and attractive look—it’s a game-changer! So Im glad I followed the measuring guide 20g (0.8-1mm thick stud in piercing), and 10mm (distance from piercing to edge of nose) and this 10mm was actually bigger but fit and looked way better (esp after comparing to actual 10mm and 8mm diameter hoops where the inner hoop hung down and want even long enough to hide inside my nose or reach as high as my actual piercing and looked nuts like I just hadn't finished putting my nose ring in and super bad) The double hoop also creates a nice illusion that makes my nose, which I consider my least flattering feature, look more refined. Plus, it’s the only double hoop I’ve found that’s large/long enough for the inner end to sit far enough inside the nostril to stay hidden, so it actually appears like I have a second piercing. I’ve tried other options from Amazon, even those labeled as "real gold," but I had allergic reactions to all of them. This one hasn’t caused any issues, so I’m thrilled with the material. That said, I really wish I could figure out how to keep the outer hoop from sliding down—any tips would be appreciated!

Love The Look
The double nose ring hoop for a single piercing is great for those who don’t want a double piercing, but want the look. I decided to try this nose ring to see if I wanted the look of a double nose piercing. I love the look, it’s attractive and unique in my opinion, it just didn’t work for me personally. Despite loving the look, I only gave this nose ring 3 stars, as it wasn’t easy to put in and irritated my nose right away. Also, I tend to like my nose hoops basically hugging my nostril (I don’t like the look of it sticking out), but I was not able to manipulate the double nose hoop to get the look that I wanted personally. I wasn’t stoked on how far the hoop stuck out, but decided to continue to wear it anyways and see if it would grow on me. Unfortunately, even if I had gotten used to the look of it sticking out, it continued to further irritate and even cause an infection, so I eventually had to remove it. Although this nose ring didn’t work for me, I love the idea, and it is a very well made, quality piece of jewelry that may work for someone else.
