This is awesome chocolate! As mentioned in other reviews it initially feels a bit grainy due to the stone ground nature of the product. I loved it so much I have purchased more for my home, as well as purchasing multiples for Christmas gifts. This is not cheap chocolate, but is excellent quality chocolate!

I received an entire box of melted chocolates and the packs of were supposed to keep them cold were warm and not cold

There is a texture to the chocolate as sugar granules may be present and give a little grit as it melts in your mouth. The almond nuts are ground very fine and not noticeable as nut prices. An explosion of flavors as the chocolate melts in your mouth. Already ordered some more.

Hi, this chocolate is amazing. It has minimal ingredients and its stone ground style has a lovely, natural texture. It is also GLUTEN and DAIRY FREE!! I am so obsessed with this chocolate that I was tired of paying $6/disc at my local co-op, especially because I gift this chocolate frequently (it truly is the BEST). Buying the 12 pack here was a mistake! There's a reason it is cheap. The package arrived with ZERO cushioning in a plastic bag, so the delicate chocolate discs were pulverized and chocolate dust everywhere. Cannot use these as gifts and may not even eat them. Fortunately, Amazon did refund me but I still suggest buying it elsewhere.

This is the second order I’ve placed for this item. They are a household favorite. In this recent order, I gave half the pkg to a friend who was traveling. I opened my own first disc yesterday and had to discard it. It was covered in a dusty film that I associate with an aging chocolate. The next two discs were similar so I threw them out. What gives?
