When I first ordered this item it was shipped in a bag, which means the toy's packaging was all banged up when it arrived. Sent it back. Gave them another try, and this time it came in a box. No damage... Amazing what proper shipping can do! Great, nostalgic toy.

This is a beautiful pony but something hot must have come up against the back of the box because the ends of her mane were melted together when I opened it. Although it’s hard to see texture in the photos, the ends were melted solid and those pointy bits were sharp. I brushed out what I could and then trimmed the rest off. I’m now trying to retrain her mane with some hot water and string to get it to lie flat. Even before the trim it was sticking straight out in the air. Thankfully I’m no stranger to MLP hair. Fingers crossed it’s fixed!

Beautiful, bring colors, good quality, came before the date it was supposed to (yay!)Side note: it sounds like it has something inside it’s feet, like a ball.. but that doesn’t really matter, it’s still gorgeous and perfectly fine!
