I am really getting to like the Nutricost products. I have used, and am very happy withy their electrolyte refresher. This has no taste, so I can mix it with anything I want. I just mix it with the electrolyte powder to make my after workout drink in the morning. It dissolves easy, no negative side effects. and is so much easier to take than the number of tablets I used to take to get this much creatine. From what I can see and have experienced, I believe it to be very high quality. I will continue to use this as long as I continue to workout.

Good product, I am using it as part of my smoothies to perk up my protein and muscle resistance training workouts. So far good. I don’t get any after taste and for me that is just fine. Will see how it plays out over a few months. All good.
