It's the esthetics!!
I absolutely love this as a file box! It's sturdy acrylic, easy to put together and could probably hold 80-100 hanging files. I have 20 files in my picture if you're wondering. It's deeper than I thought but perfect. I'm glad I waited to make this one my purchase.

Looks nice, not that sturdy
You have to assemble this. It's not too difficult; no tools required. It seems strong enough if you lift it carefully, but if you drag it, it has a tendency to fall apart into its component pieces.

The worst!
Horrible product. Did not stay together even before files were put into it. Had to tape it together and it still came apart. Waste of money!!!!

This is a nice piece, but I'm very careful with it because I can tell it could snap or crack easily.
