I like the flavor, but, the liquid is a bit thin and heavy on the salt.

Amazing flavor and versatility
I have been using this in most of my savory cooking and have found it to be a wonderful addition. It has nearly completely replaced my use of Worcestershire sauce. A nice strong umami flavor easy to blend into almost anything you can cook. A small bit can go a long way in anything you want to use it for.

Savor an 18th century flavor
This is like an earthy and less salty version of Worcestershire sauce. It’s pretty thin but packed with flavors. Think like an au jus ready anytime, but with more mushroom taste. Love this with any beef - steak, meatloaf, pot roast. Totally amazing! When you go back to using Worcestershire sauce, you'll be amazed just how "fishy" that tastes vs this.
