Caused skin damage
It caused allergic to my skin of my upper side of foot like sunburn, blistered and itchy. I hope it will not cause a lasting effect. The socks are coming with the gel inside already, and you cannot avoid the gel from being applied to the upper part of your foot which is sensitive are with thin skin. I would suggest you to go for the ones that includes gel separately, instead of being already put on socks, so you can use only for sole of your foot
