The brace fits nicely and is comfortable to wear. It definitely helps the pain in my wrist. It seems to be good quality and construction. When my wrist hurts I am so glad I have this brace. It eases the pain and allows me to use my hand.

You absolutely do need a brace if you want to stave off carpal tunnel issues early on. It's a comfy brace, easy to put on and take off, and sleep in. If you don't use one early enough, it's good also for easing pain and numbness from carpal tunnel issues. Yes, using it regularly will keep your wrists from being problematic earlier.

I am using for bowling- still getting numbness in pointer and middle fingers after bowling- needs to have a stronger plastic piece to keep wrist supported
