Can they be worn outside

These are not slippers. They're boots. I have no idea why Amazon is calling them slippers. These are very warm and great for outside.

Can you tighten them with the the strings for narrow feet??

The laces don't go down very far toward the toe so I would say the answer is no.

How much does each slipper weigh?

Not sure exactly but they arent heavy at all.

Can you fold up the fur cuff?

Yes you can. They are so cute every one Aways comments on them when I wear them.
