Physical therapy approvedl
I had a reverse shoulder joint replacement who h required physical therapy. This ball was recommended by my therapist. You rotate the ball on the wall with your hand and it helps loosen the shoulder. I have to do this exercise in 3 sets of ten every day. Great product.

Good for PT exercises post surgery
Just the right size and material. Good for all of my exercises for rehab. When having having to inflate the ball, however, you have to be really quick about pulling out the straw and inserting the plug to seal the hole. Otherwise the ball will deflate.

Easy to use
This ball is easy to blow up and works well for physical therapy exercises at home. It holds air well and is the right size for my needs.

Do not buy, impossible to inflate!
The ball is delivered not inflated, not a problem. HOWEVER, they give you a straw and a plug, but the hole in the ball to insert the straw into is not a valve. As you blow into the ball, the air doesn't stay in the ball. As you get another breath, the ball continues to deflate. If you are lucky enough to get it inflated all the way, as you struggle to get the plug into the ball, it continues to deflate. Every other exercise ball I've had, has a valve so as you inflate it, the air does not escape. Piece of junk, I returned it!
